In construction, when a building’s foundation isn’t sound, it’s underpinned—strengthened from below to ensure the structure can handle the weight it needs to support. The BRACE Method takes a similar approach. These underpinning components are the cornerstones of Healthy Humaning and are essential to creating the life you want to build.

Each of these pillars is foundational to your ability to live authentically, create stronger relationships, and show up as your full, true self. They set the stage for everything else that follows.


Boundaries - Setting healthy limits and defining your personal space.

Responsibility - Taking ownership of your actions, decisions, and emotions.

Autonomy - Embracing your individuality and empowering yourself to make your own choices.

Communication - Expressing yourself clearly and listening actively in your relationships.

Emotional Intelligence - Understanding and managing your emotions to navigate life more effectively.

Once the underpinning is solid, it’s time to build the framework. Just as you would frame out a house to create a sturdy, functional space, you can frame out the life you want. This framework supports your goals, values, and behaviors, helping you create lasting change.
